KEYTON’s sales figures up by 28% in 2006
March 13th, 2007

The massage chair manufacturer KEYTON has released its results for 2006. The company registered turnover of €12.7 million, an increase of 28% in comparison to the previous year. The company has been pursuing a highly successful strategy focusing on internationalisation and distribution, which has enabled KEYTON to shore up its position as the leading manufacturer of top-of-the-range massage chairs in Europe, with a network of over 900 retail outlets all over the world.

The company's major growth, especially in markets such as Spain, France and Benelux, is also the result of the general public’s increased awareness of the advantages offered by massage chairs, in addition to KEYTON’s sales strategy, which has secured the company greater market presence. KEYTON also opened its first commercial headquarters in the United States in 2006 and currently has 40 retail outlets throughout America.

KEYTON is constantly incorporating the latest technological advances in massage into its chairs, developed by the company's R+D+i laboratories. The latest technological development is the KEYTON Sensor FT2 system, which scans the user’s back and provides massages that are fully tailored to the individual needs of each user.

The company's latest designs - KEYTON Dynamic, KEYTON Dune and KEYTON Class - incorporate KEYTON Sensor FT2 technology into a stylish modern piece of furniture, making these models a cut above all other massage chairs available on the market. These three models alone accounted for 40% of the total sales figures registered in 2006.

The company’s outlook for 2007 is extremely positive. One of the main highlights will be the new massage chairs developed by KEYTON in conjunction with the prestigious Italian design studio Giugiaro Design.
