KEYTON Certifies Its Quality Management System with the ISO 9001.

KEYTON (Eurokeyton S.A), specialised in the manufacturing of massage chairs, has recently obtained a certification by the ISO 9001:2000. This certification has been awarded by the BVQI, the first private certification entity in Spain approved by the British (UKAS) and Spanish (ENAC) accreditation organisations for activities related to the design, manufacturing and marketing of massage and relaxation chairs and couches and their accessories.

The aim of the ISO 9001:2000 regulation is to strengthen Quality Management Systems by including analyses of customer service, leadership, team work, continuous improvement processes, decision-making and relations with suppliers.

In this way, the effort and dedication of the whole KEYTON team in providing an efficient response to their customers’ needs is internationally recognised and their commitment towards company excellence is reasserted.
